A: The guide is included with every program. You receive instant access the moment you enroll. There is nothing extra to purchase.
Q: How do I receive support after purchasing?
A: Within 24 hours of your purchase you will receive an email with instructions to join your WhatsApp or Telegram support channel. Contact: shine@ketoshine.com
Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: Most women notice reduced cravings and more stable energy within 7 to 14 days. Visible changes in measurements typically occur between days 14 and 21. Results are not typical and individual outcomes vary.
Q: Can I follow the program if I have PCOS or Hashimoto’s?
A: The Shine™ methodology was designed with hormonal conditions in mind. The guide includes a dedicated hormonal chapter. This program is educational and does not replace medical care. Please consult your physician before making dietary changes, especially if you are on medication.
Q: What is the difference between the 14-day and 30-day programs?
A: The 14-day Kickstart takes you through adaptation with structured support. The 30-day Super Shine takes you through full metabolic transformation with 4 weekly check-ins and personalized adjustments. You can start with either.
Q: Is there a refund policy?

Q: What does a corporate seminar include?
A: All corporate seminars include a live Zoom session, the complete Shine™ guide for every participant, and a dedicated group support channel. For a full proposal, email shine@ketoshine.com.
Q: How long do I have access after purchasing?
A: The guide is yours permanently with no expiration. Coaching support runs for the duration of your program (14, 30, or 60 days). After your program ends, you can continue with the Shine™ Monthly Membership at $97 per month.
Q: What do the coaching check-ins look like?
A: Check-ins happen via WhatsApp or Telegram on scheduled days. You share your current status, any symptoms, and questions. Responses include specific protocol adjustments and guidance for the days ahead.
