1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ketoshine.com and purchasing any Shine™ Method program or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.

2. Description of Services

Shine™ Method offers digital educational wellness products including ebooks, coaching programs, and corporate wellness seminars. All programs are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All digital products are delivered electronically. Physical delivery is not provided.

3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. For concerns, contact hello@ketoshine.com within 48 hours of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ketoshine.com, including text, guides, programs, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Shine™ Method. The names Shine™, Keto Reset by Shine™, and Shine™ Keto Reset Method are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

5. Program Conduct and Support

Coaching support is provided via WhatsApp or Telegram during the designated program period only. Support outside of program dates or for individuals who have not enrolled in a coaching program is not provided. Check-ins occur on the days specified in each program. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Shine™ Method programs are educational wellness programs and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Results are not guaranteed and vary significantly between individuals. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SHINE™ METHOD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shine™ Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email when possible.
